“To the Staff at the office, ‘Chips’ and his gang. Dear all, My husband and I were overwhelmed when we were given the help we needed. It was impossible for us to do the work and to have had everything organised for us has been fantastic. We have had things done by other people but have always been ‘ripped off' in every way (never again in the future). If only the elderly and disabled people used the facilities that are open to them.... All the people in your establishment, with whom we have had contact, have been very understanding and genuine. It has been an absolute pleasure to get TLC these days, especially from total strangers. (At least, they were strangers, and I now feel that we have made friends). What has been done has been such an uplift, we have decided not to go on holiday later but have decided to stay and enjoy what all of you have contributed to for us.
